We require 48h notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellation fees are charged at 50%.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your service, we ask that you let us know within 48hrs of leaving the salon. You will be invited to make a follow up appointment so our team can take the opportunity to meet your needs. We regret that we are unable to carry out further services if additional work is done (either by the client or alternative salon), in the period between the first appointment and the follow-up. We cannot take responsibility if you have simply changed your mind, or are unhappy with your choice of service. However we are always striving to improve the quality of our services, therefore all feedback is welcome.

We do not offer refunds.
